Write two paragraphs, not a deck. What the thing is, what it has to do, and what you are worried about. That is enough for us to say whether we are the right firm.

Two paragraphs is enough. It goes straight to the person who would do the work, and you get a reference back straight away.
What to put in the first message
None of it is required. It just makes the first call shorter.
The worry
The part you suspect will go wrong. Thermal, certification, a competitor, a standard, a supplier. This is usually the most useful sentence in the message.
The clock
When it has to exist and why that date. A date driven by a trade show and a date driven by a grant are different problems.
What happens after you send it
It reaches the person who would do the work
Either with a time for a call, or with the reason it is not our field and a suggestion of who to ask instead.
A call, and no charge for it
You describe it, we ask questions and say what we think the record is going to show. No presentation from our side.
A written scope, or a clean no
If it fits, you get a scope and a fixed price in writing, both agreed before the first hour is worked. If it does not, you get a plain no. We do not follow up with a sequence of emails.
Where we are
Stockholm and Gothenburg. We work with clients across the Nordics and the European Union, remotely for most of an engagement and on site where hardware demands it.
Correspondence in English or Swedish, whichever you prefer. The technical file will be written in the language the market for your product requires, and we will tell you which that is before the work begins.
