Wie ein Auftrag läuft

Fester Umfang, wöchentlicher Beleg, eine Übergabe

Jeder Auftrag beginnt mit einem schriftlichen Umfang: was gebaut wird, was es messen muss, was ausdrücklich nicht dazugehört, und was es kostet. Beide Seiten unterschreiben, bevor jemand anfängt. Eine Änderung ist ein neuer Umfang mit einem neuen Preis, vor der Arbeit vereinbart, und keine Anpassung, die man auf einer Rechnung entdeckt.

Einmal in der Woche bekommen Sie die Sache selbst, laufend, dazu eine kurze Notiz darüber, was sich bewegt hat und was nicht. Keine Statusfolien. Hat eine Woche nichts gebracht, steht in der Notiz, dass die Woche nichts gebracht hat, und warum.

Bei der Übergabe erhalten Sie den Quellcode, die Konstruktionsdaten, die Messungen und die technische Akte, in einem Archiv, das Sie steuern. Unser Zugang endet am selben Tag, sofern Sie ihn nicht verlängern wollen.

  • Umfang und Preis schriftlich vereinbart vor der ersten Stunde
  • Wöchentlich ein funktionierendes Ergebnis und eine schlichte Notiz
  • Am Ende alles in Ihrem Archiv, unter Ihrem Namen
