Búsqueda de patentes

El registro de patentes es la mayor biblioteca técnica del mundo, y casi nadie la abre

Más de cien millones de documentos de patente son públicos y legibles por máquina. La mayoría describe cosas que no funcionaron, presentadas por gente que gastó dinero de verdad en averiguarlo. Esa es la mitad útil. Una reivindicación concedida le dice qué no puede vender. Una solicitud abandonada le dice qué no debe intentar.

Buscamos en ese registro antes de comprometer un presupuesto. No para presentar nada, ni para venderle un dictamen jurídico. Lo hacemos para que el primer prototipo apunte al hueco y no al muro.

Cuando la búsqueda dice que la idea está tomada, lo decimos en la llamada, y paramos. Es una semana barata en lugar de un año caro.
